Privacy Policy

This document is about the Privacy Policy for Plan Pilot website. Plan Pilot is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) National Privacy Principles ("NPPs") and the Australian Privacy Principles ("APPs"), introduced to protect your privacy.

Collecting and using information

We collect and store personal information which may include your name, e-mail and mailing addresses, contact numbers and date of birth. This helps us to support you and to check the quality of our services. We use your information so we can work with you to design support that suits you.

Accuracy and security of your personal information

We are responsible for your information and take all reasonable steps to secure them. Personal information is stored either electronically or in hard copy and appropriate information security measures are in place to protect this information.

We only share your information with 

• A trusted person
• When we need to keep you safe
• With your permission to provide required information to NDIS or other government organisation

When asked to share your information, you can opt out of sharing. 

Your rights 

You have several rights with your information

• The right to see a copy of the information we hold about you 
• The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information 
• The right to object to any inaccurate information
