Nadia has extensive experience working as a Social Worker in different areas in a Public Health setting: mostly Brain Injury Rehabilitation, but also general physical rehabilitation (spinal, amputations and etc.), geriatric health care, palliative care and several years working in child protection settings - including crisis response unit. She has also worked at UniSA teaching and supervising Masters of SW students. She is generally considered as very supportive/caring of vulnerable people and their families, competent and proactive in my approach to work. Her biggest loves are her dogs, garden and family.

As a Specialist Support Coordinator with over 20 years in the community sector and having a son on the NDIS since roll-out in 2014, Tikky brings both professional expertise and lived experience in mental health and disability support. Tikky is passionate about helping participants build their capacity and achieve their goals through strong, genuine connections. Outside of work, Tikky enjoys beach walks, meditation, studies Jungian psychology, craft, serving on Campbelltown City Council's Disability, Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee and volunteer at her children’s schools. Tikky is also a Reiki Master and run a Martial Arts Academy. With qualifications in Health Sciences and ongoing professional development, she aims to empower participants and makes a meaningful impact in their lives.

Specialist Support Coordinator

Giuseppe (G) has recently joined the Plan Pilot Team. Bringing with him a wealth of experience as a Support Coordinator. G has a passion for all things health and well-being orientated. In 2019 - after 4 years of full time

study - he completed his Bachelor’s Degree of Health Science in Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture at

Endeavour College of Natural Health.

He also ran an Academy of Self-Defence at Buddha House in Magill, where he taught with his wife Tikky

Zappia. The Academy run for 20 years.

In 2012 Giuseppe completed his training at the Australian Institute of Fitness acquiring the degrees of

Personal Trainer and Master Trainer. He also attained the award of Institute Champion.

He is an avid student of the writings of Carl Jung and has studied the process of Individuation/Psychology

for 13yrs.

His hobbies include music - being in 2 bands - as well as art and Tai Chi/Qigong.

He has an 18yr old son with autism and an intellectual disability who has been a participant on the NDIS

since its inception. This has driven Giuseppe to want to help and assist other individuals that may happen to

need a little extra support in various areas working toward building their capacity and increasing their day to

day life skills.

Being diagnosed with Epilepsy in Arwin's early 20s has led him to appreciate life for how he has it and also enabled him to understand the support needs of those who are battling through. Nobody should have to lead a lifestyle that is compromised, especially note because of any termed disability. Despite a Network Engineer graduate, he has chosen to abandon that career path and follow one that feels more rewarding. That is this role that lets him merge my passion for working with the community for living. Nobody has to be alone in their journey. 5 years of Support Coordination and he continue to take pride in what we can achieve together.

Anna is a Specialist Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach, dedicated to supporting NDIS participants in achieving their goals. As a detail-oriented and reliable professional, she is easygoing and patient. She is a goal-getter, committed to making a positive impact. With experience working with individuals facing exceptional challenges—such as those from forensic backgrounds, dealing with mental health issues, AOD concerns, and homelessness—she is deeply passionate about social justice. Her aim is to promote the dignity of her clients while helping them reach their full potential and achieve independence.
