As a Specialist Support Coordinator with over 20 years in the community sector and having a son on the NDIS since roll-out in 2014, Tikky brings both professional expertise and lived experience in mental health and disability support. Tikky is passionate about helping participants build their capacity and achieve their goals through strong, genuine connections. Outside of work, Tikky enjoys beach walks, meditation, studies Jungian psychology, craft, serving on Campbelltown City Council's Disability, Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee and volunteer at her children’s schools. Tikky is also a Reiki Master and run a Martial Arts Academy. With qualifications in Health Sciences and ongoing professional development, she aims to empower participants and makes a meaningful impact in their lives.

Specialist Support Coordinator

Giuseppe (G) has recently joined the Plan Pilot Team. Bringing with him a wealth of experience as a Support Coordinator. G has a passion for all things health and well-being orientated. In 2019 - after 4 years of full time

study - he completed his Bachelor’s Degree of Health Science in Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture at

Endeavour College of Natural Health.

He also ran an Academy of Self-Defence at Buddha House in Magill, where he taught with his wife Tikky

Zappia. The Academy run for 20 years.

In 2012 Giuseppe completed his training at the Australian Institute of Fitness acquiring the degrees of

Personal Trainer and Master Trainer. He also attained the award of Institute Champion.

He is an avid student of the writings of Carl Jung and has studied the process of Individuation/Psychology

for 13yrs.

His hobbies include music - being in 2 bands - as well as art and Tai Chi/Qigong.

He has an 18yr old son with autism and an intellectual disability who has been a participant on the NDIS

since its inception. This has driven Giuseppe to want to help and assist other individuals that may happen to

need a little extra support in various areas working toward building their capacity and increasing their day to

day life skills.

As a bilingual NDIS Support Coordinator fluent in Vietnamese and English, Monika is passionate about empowering participants and their families to navigate the NDIS with confidence and clarity. With a background in social work, Monika brings a person-centred, strengths-based approach to every interaction, ensuring that individuals have choice and control in achieving their goals.

Monika has extensive experience supporting people with disability, mental health challenges, and complex needs, helping them connect with the right services, build community connections, and develop sustainable support networks. Her practice is grounded in cultural sensitivity, advocacy, and collaboration — ensuring participants from diverse backgrounds, particularly the Vietnamese community, feel heard, respected, and supported.

Dedicated, compassionate, and highly organised, she takes pride in working alongside participants, families, and providers to coordinate effective, holistic, and meaningful support that enhances quality of life and independence.

Specialist Support Coordinator

Carly is a mother of three, residing in the northeast of Adelaide. Her passion for helping others began in her mid-twenties through supporting friends who faced challenges with drug and alcohol dependency and mental health. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in social work, and she completed her Bachelor of Social Work at UniSA in 2012.

While studying, she worked as a Youth Worker in Residential Care, supporting Indigenous young people under the guardianship of DCP. Since then, she has spent most of her career as a Case Manager in the FLO (Flexible Learning Options) sector, across both government and non-government organisations, while balancing motherhood.

In late 2023, she transitioned into Support Coordination, and she has found this role to be one of the most rewarding parts of her professional journey. She truly enjoys getting to know her participants and their families and discovering how she can best support them to achieve their goals and live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

She is a strong advocate for the people she works with — always willing to speak up and ensure their voices are heard. Her practice is person-centred and strengths-based, focusing on each individual’s abilities and potential rather than their challenges.
